I’m excited to officially share that my third studio single, “I’ve Got Her Right Where She Wants Me,” is out now.
This song is a fun, playful country tune that leans into the humor of love, marriage, and knowing who really runs the show at home. It’s told from the point of view of a guy who talks a big game, but by the end of every line, it’s pretty clear he’s not the one calling the shots. And honestly, that’s what makes it so much fun.
From lines about being “the man of the house till she gets home” to “wearing the pants around here when I’m finished the laundry,” this song is packed with tongue-in-cheek moments that I think a lot of people will relate to. At its heart, it’s a lighthearted salute to the strong women in our lives and the men who are smart enough to know it.
